Plug me into your team as a senior PM — fractional or full-time, fully remote. I deliver outcomes, not hours.
Business case development, market opportunity identification, roadmap planning, and prioritisation frameworks for cross-functional teams.
Operator deal structuring, revenue-share modelling, commercial negotiations, RFP design, and CVAS/PTA licensing across all major MNOs.
User acquisition at scale, BTL and ATL campaign strategy, retention optimisation, and conversion funnel improvements.
KPI definition and tracking, financial modelling, sprint-based delivery oversight, UAT coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
A repeatable approach — sharpened across telecom, fintech, and GenAI products used by millions.
I start by understanding your users, your market, and the gaps your team hasn't had time to properly investigate.
Most teams build the wrong thing. I make sure we agree on what we're actually solving — and why it matters commercially.
I spec the product clearly: what it does, what it doesn't, and why every decision was made that way.
I don't hand off and disappear. I stay close through build, launch, and the iteration that makes it actually work.

A focused set of products and platforms across GenAI, telecom, esports, fintech, and digital banking. Each card opens into the opportunity, approach, impact, and takeaway.
The generative AI revolution is reaching the wrong half of the world first. This work brought AI access to people who can make a phone call, even without internet or a smartphone.
From gaming bundle to subscriber engagement engine: a subscription esports platform with tournaments, leaderboards, cash prizes, and a live flagship event.
A debit-card payout flow that reduced cash handoff risk and gave unbanked remittance receivers a safer, more controllable way to access funds.
A mobile app revamp that moved beyond digitized branch processes and turned onboarding, lending, and VAS use cases into real self-serve journeys.
A COVID-era gaming data product built from traffic analysis, player sentiment, consumption sizing, and IP-locked bundle economics.
Pick the model that fits your stage. Both are fully remote, both bring senior PM judgment from day one.
Fractional PM
10–20 hrs/week · Monthly retainer
For teams that need senior PM expertise but a full-time hire isn't the right move yet. 3-month minimum, with renewal options. Starts with a 2-week trial sprint.
Full-Time Remote
40 hrs/week · Permanent role
Open to full-time remote PM roles (Senior PM / Lead PM / Principal). Based in Pakistan with strong overlap across EU, MENA, and US East Coast hours.
Time Zone & Hours
Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5). Available 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PKT. Comfortable overlap with EU mornings, MENA full days, and US East Coast mornings.
Working Style
Fully remote. Plug into your existing tools — Slack, Notion, Jira, Linear, ClickUp. Occasional travel for kickoffs or quarterly offsites is workable.
Onboarding
Typically 1–2 weeks from first call to first sprint. For fractional engagements, urgent slots are sometimes available — just ask.
Outcomes, not hours
Every engagement is structured around clearly defined outcomes — roadmaps shipped, products launched, decisions made — not timesheets.
"Need something different? Let's talk — most engagements can be shaped around your team's needs."
Open to fractional PM engagements, advisory roles, and full-time remote PM positions.

Case Study 01 · GenAI · Voice
The generative AI revolution is reaching the wrong half of the world first. This case study shows how voice and telco rails can make AI reachable for users who do not have internet access.
The Opportunity
As of 2024, 2.6 billion people remained offline globally, while Pakistan alone had 131 million offline users and 188.9 million active cellular mobile connections. That gap showed the core distribution problem: many people cannot be reached through an app, but they can still be reached through a phone call.
The Approach
I led platform and partnership work for a voice-first GenAI service where users dial a telecom shortcode, route through existing IVR infrastructure, and speak with a local-language AI agent. Instead of creating a new pipe, the product layered GenAI on top of telco voice rails already carrying billions of minutes.
I also partnered with engineering on a hybrid optimization stack that reduced per-query inference cost by roughly an order of magnitude and materially improved latency, making the economics viable for low-ARPU emerging markets.
The Impact
The Takeaway
In markets where mobile phones outnumber internet users, the natural delivery channel for GenAI may not be an app. It may be a voice call. The lesson was to build upward from the constraints of the channel the user already has, rather than downscaling a Western app-first assistant.
Case Study 02 · Telecom · Esports
From gaming bundle to subscriber engagement engine: a subscription-based esports platform that turned Zong subscribers into competitive players inside the operator ecosystem.
The Opportunity
Physical esports events were gaining global momentum, and mobile gaming was already a major traffic category on the Zong network. The opportunity was to move beyond monetizing gaming data and build a platform that made subscribers active participants in Zong's own gaming ecosystem.
The Approach
I led product design for Zong Engage: a subscription-based esports platform with AAA mobile titles, in-app tournaments, leaderboards, and cash prize pools. The roadmap also included an Academy module where professional esports players could coach customers on gameplay improvement.
To prove the model at scale, we executed a flagship live esports tournament broadcast on YouTube, which trended at #11 worldwide during the event.
The Impact
The Takeaway
Gaming was not a one-off bundle category. It was a community. By wrapping competitive infrastructure, prizes, and aspirational content around the core data offer, gaming became a subscriber engagement engine instead of only a data-consumption use case.
Case Study 03 · Fintech · Remittance
Solving the cash-handoff problem in a USD 30B+ remittance market by giving unbanked receivers a safer card-based payout path.
The Opportunity
Pakistan is one of the world's top remittance-receiving countries, yet a large share of adults remain unbanked. Many receivers had to travel to a remittance firm's partner bank branch and collect the full transfer in cash, creating friction, service cost, and safety risk.
The Approach
I worked on a debit-card-based remittance product that did not require the receiver to open a bank account. The remitter applies for the card through the app on the receiver's behalf, and the physical card is delivered to the receiver's home address.
The remittance flow remains familiar, but funds land on the card instead of waiting for cash pickup. The receiver can withdraw smaller amounts at ATMs or transact at point-of-sale. We also scoped a regulatory-pending roadmap for savings and basic investment layers on top of the card.
The Impact
The Takeaway
The strongest product opportunities are often hidden inside friction points of existing flows. By solving the cash-handoff problem without forcing users into a full bank account first, the product created measurable behavior change and a path toward broader financial participation.
Case Study 04 · Fintech · Digital Banking
True digital transformation is not a branch process on a screen. This app revamp moved onboarding and lending into a cleaner self-serve customer journey.
The Opportunity
The bank's mobile app was live and feature-complete on paper, but it behaved like a digitized branch process. Onboarding mirrored paper forms, and customers could not apply for loans inside the app; they could only schedule a callback, pushing the most important journey offline.
The Approach
I worked across three workstreams: streamlined onboarding for lower digital literacy and mobile-first behavior, product expansion through in-app mobile bundle purchases, and end-to-end self-serve lending with loan amount selection, document upload, KYC, automated approval, and direct disbursement.
The Impact
The Takeaway
Putting a branch process on a screen is not digital transformation. Removing analog handoffs, especially in the loan journey, redefined what microfinance lending could feel like for a digitally underserved customer segment.
Case Study 05 · Telecom · Gaming Bundle
Turning a screen-time surge into a category-defining bundle by packaging the two gaming titles already driving disproportionate network traffic.
The Opportunity
Post-COVID mobile gaming screen time surged, and Zong's DPI data showed the same shift locally. A disproportionate share of network traffic was flowing to PUBG Mobile and Free Fire, creating a clear opportunity for an operator-packaged gaming bundle.
The Approach
I led the market analysis and customer sentiment work that converted this signal into a product. We launched a hybrid bundle covering both games, sized around average daily in-game consumption, with backend IP-locking to prevent data spillage and protect bundle economics.
The Impact
The Takeaway
Pakistani subscribers had a clear appetite for operator-packaged gaming products. The bundle proved that gaming could become a meaningful VAS category and paved the way for deeper platform plays such as Zong Engage.
